Weight Loss: Benefits and Negatives

Overview
Overweight is the condition in which excessive accumulation of fats occur. The major factors which may lead to obesity are irregular eating habits, over eating and not following eating rules. Due to overweight condition one has to face many problems such as high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, gout, liver and gall bladder disorders.

Benefits: 
Extra body fat is not good for health. It is very necessary for obese person to lose some extra body weight. Weight loss improves your sleep and helps to get relief from sleep related disorders. Also it helps in making one flexible and strengthens. And one of the most important benefits of weight loss is that it reduces the risks of heart related disorders. Also it helps to prevent and fight type 2 diabetes.

Negatives:
In overweight condition, extra fats put a stress on the heart, kidney, knee, joints and ankles. Due to overweight condition one has to face many problems such as high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, gout, liver and gall bladder disorders.
